Guidelines for Parents / अभिभावकों हेतु दिशा-निर्देश

• Kindly ensure that your ward is sent to school on time and is picked up on time daily.
• कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आपका बच्चा प्रतिदिन समय पर विद्यालय आए और समय पर विद्यालय से ले जाया जाए।

• Kindly check and sign your ward’s school diary regularly.
• कृपया अपने बच्चे की स्कूल डायरी नियमित रूप से जांचें और उस पर हस्ताक्षर करें।

• Please avoid sending toys, money, or any other valuable items with your ward. The school will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
• कृपया अपने बच्चे के साथ खिलौने, पैसे या अन्य कोई मूल्यवान वस्तु न भेजें। किसी भी प्रकार की हानि या नुकसान के लिए विद्यालय जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

• Kindly ensure that the emergency contact number is updated and always active.
• कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आपका आपातकालीन संपर्क नंबर अद्यतन और हमेशा चालू रहे।

• Students are requested to come to school neatly and properly dressed. Kindly ensure that their nails and hair are trimmed regularly.
• विद्यार्थियों से अनुरोध है कि वे साफ-सुथरी एवं उचित वर्दी में विद्यालय आएं। कृपया उनके नाखून और बाल नियमित रूप से कटवाएं।

• Kindly ensure that your ward completes the homework regularly.
• कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आपका बच्चा नियमित रूप से अपना गृहकार्य पूरा करे।

• School Timing Policy / विद्यालय समय नीति
• The school remains closed on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month.
• प्रत्येक माह के दूसरे एवं चौथे शनिवार को विद्यालय बंद रहता है।

• On the 1st and 3rd Saturdays, fun activities are organized. Kindly send your ward in proper school uniform.
• प्रत्येक माह के पहले एवं तीसरे शनिवार को मनोरंजक एवं गतिविधि-आधारित कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाते हैं। कृपया अपने बच्चे को पूर्ण विद्यालय वर्दी में भेजें।

• All parents are kindly requested to attend every P.T.M.
• सभी अभिभावकों से अनुरोध है कि वे प्रत्येक अभिभावक-शिक्षक बैठक (P.T.M.) में अवश्य उपस्थित हों।

• Kindly send a leave application in hard copy or through message if your child is absent. The application should clearly mention the reason and duration of the leave.
• यदि आपका बच्चा अनुपस्थित रहता है, तो कृपया लिखित आवेदन या संदेश के माध्यम से अवकाश की सूचना दें। आवेदन में अनुपस्थिति का कारण एवं अवधि स्पष्ट रूप से लिखें।

• Parents are kindly requested to inform the school immediately of any change in address or telephone number. This information is essential for the safety and well-being of their ward.
• यदि आपके पते या फोन नंबर में कोई परिवर्तन होता है, तो कृपया तुरंत विद्यालय को सूचित करें। यह जानकारी आपके बच्चे की सुरक्षा एवं हित के लिए आवश्यक है।

• Students must carry a clean handkerchief or napkin with them every day.
• विद्यार्थियों को प्रतिदिन अपने साथ साफ रूमाल या नैपकिन अवश्य लाना चाहिए।

• If your child wears a diaper, please send one extra diaper along with an additional pair of clothes and a handkerchief in the school bag.
• यदि आपका बच्चा डायपर पहनता है, तो कृपया उसके स्कूल बैग में एक अतिरिक्त डायपर, कपड़ों का एक अतिरिक्त जोड़ा और एक रूमाल अवश्य रखें।

• Admission of a child will be considered complete only after all required documents have been submitted. Certificates, including the Bonafide Certificate, will be issued only after completion of all formalities. The child will then be permitted to appear for the examination.
• सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज जमा होने के बाद ही बच्चे का प्रवेश पूर्ण माना जाएगा। बोनाफाइड प्रमाण पत्र सहित अन्य प्रमाण पत्र सभी औपचारिकताएं पूर्ण होने के बाद ही जारी किए जाएंगे। इसके पश्चात ही बच्चे को परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति दी जाएगी।

• Parents whose wards use school transport are requested to remain alert and punctual.
• जिन अभिभावकों के बच्चे विद्यालय परिवहन सुविधा का उपयोग करते हैं, उनसे अनुरोध है कि वे सतर्क एवं समय के पाबंद रहें।

• The school may collect contributions from time to time for school functions or educational tours.
• विद्यालय समय-समय पर विद्यालयी कार्यक्रमों या शैक्षिक भ्रमण हेतु सहयोग राशि एकत्र कर सकता है।

• Bonafide certificates will be issued only to students who have appeared in both Term Examinations during the academic year.
• बोनाफाइड प्रमाण पत्र केवल उन्हीं विद्यार्थियों को जारी किया जाएगा जिन्होंने शैक्षणिक वर्ष की दोनों टर्म परीक्षाओं में भाग लिया हो।

• Kindly note that school fees once paid will neither be transferred nor refunded after admission.
• कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रवेश के बाद जमा की गई विद्यालय शुल्क किसी भी स्थिति में स्थानांतरित या वापस नहीं की जाएगी।

• Students will be promoted to the next class after the examination as per school rules. Admission to any other class will not be permitted.
• विद्यालय के नियमों के अनुसार परीक्षा के उपरांत विद्यार्थियों को अगली कक्षा में पदोन्नत किया जाएगा। किसी अन्य कक्षा में सीधे प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
